PURCHASING AND PROCESS ORDER

 To purchase the service, customer need to make the order at least one week earlier before the delivery date for road freight. As for sea freight customer has to make the order at least 30 days before the delivery date. Customer need to do so because Flexi need to ensure if there is any space / slot available in the ship. 

    Since Flexi company don't have website, the first process for the customer to order the service is by email or through call direct to Flexi office. Next, customer will email the detail of the service that they wanted to Flexi company. And then Flexi 's will discuss and come to an agreement with customer. After that then they will provide the services to customer.    

    Customer has 13 days to settle their payment to Flexi Company. Besides that, customer and Flexi has to be alert with closing date as customer need to send the goods to Flexi one week or 5 days prior shipment date so that Flexi can loading the goods. It is because to ensure that they doesn't missed the shipment date. If customer late sending the good or missed any step in completing to pay the service and document, they will be charged twice the normal price thus automatically missed the shipment. When customer missed their shipment, they have to wait for another shipment and pay again.

       The service rate using 20 ft container can reach from RM7,000 until RM8,000 while for 40 ft container it can reach until RM12,000. For air freight, the price can be up until RM40,000. To rent a warehouse, they will rent warehouse in customer. The price range for weekly and monthly is different and depend on the types of goods and space needed. For example, Flexi rent a warehouse in PTP, the estimate price is RM560 for small space.
